Is it necessary to use the sharpness of a blade to achieve the smoothest of velvets? This participatory performance gets the rhythms and words, tongues and mouths, taste buds and textures pulsating.

Is it necessary to use the edge of a blade to achieve the smoothest of velvets? This participatory performance brings rhythms and words, tongues and mouths, taste buds and textures to life. Echoing the installation Je passerai par ta bouche (I will pass through your mouth), it questions romantic cannibalism: can we devour each other without gnawing at each other? Pleasure is nourished sometimes by gentleness, sometimes by a more carnivorous call, opening up porosities between pleasure and pain. Through sound and movement, between thrills and child’s play, this performance is a feast that questions our small appetites and great satiety. These oral emotions will combine the flavours of sensuality and voracity, gourmet pleasure and devouring predation, with devilish humour and angelic magic.

Véra (&) léon, n.pl
An imaginary duo that plays with the false construction of gender and artist. In real life, Véra Léon is always on the fence, treating textually transmissible diseases in the Drôme and on the road. Her concerts, installations and performances create utopian spaces that seek to link inner revolts with collective tumults. Sensitive politics - love
